1 15-oz can of chickpeas, drained (rinsed if nonorganic; reserve liquid
if organic) ½
tsp salt, or to taste Combine all ingredients in mini-food processor and process until smooth. Add seasonings to taste. Italian Herb Blend 1 Tb dried
