1 bunch collards Slice collards across into thin sections. Heat olive oil at medium temperature in pan or wok. Add all ingredients except hot pepper. Sauté up to 10 minutes. Stir often and well. Place greens in serving bowl and sprinkle
hot pepper on top. Serves 2. |
