Marinade 1¼ cups
extra virgin olive oil Vegetables 1 pint cherry
tomatoes Place all vegetables into prepared marinade. Let soak for at least 3 hours. Creatively place marinated vegetables onto skewers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until tender. Baste with marinade as they cook. Serves 6. |
