Soy 1 pound of firm
tofu Sauté onion,
garlic, pepper and mushrooms in oil. Press water out of tofu using paper
towels, then crumble tofu. Add crumbled tofu, liquid aminos and seasonings
to other ingredients in pan and sauté until tofu starts to turn
