   Purple Shake

  1 lunchbox-size container of vanilla soy milk
  1 package of frozen strawberries
  1 package of frozen blueberries

  Blend all in blender. I use 2/3 part blueberries to 1/3 part strawberries until it is thick and very purple. If it gets

   too thick, thin with additional soymilk. This is vitamin-rich in general, but can be more nutritious if you use soy

   milk brands fortified with B-12 and calcium. Also, blueberries are one of the most nutrient-dense fruits on the
