Dressings, Sauces and Spreads 5/8 to ¾ cup raw tahini ¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar ½
cup lemon juice Spring water as needed. In a large mixing bowl, pour in tahini, then add vinegar, lemon juice seafood seasoning, maple syrup, paprika and olive oil. Add ¼ cup water and whip contents with a whisk. Add more water while whipping the mayonnaise to a creamy consistency. Add additional water as needed.
