cabbage Grate the green and red cabbage and combine in a large bowl. Add the onions, chopped peppers and scallions. Add all of the seasonings and mix well until the juices of the vegetables have blended well with the seasonings. Gently stir in the eggless mayonnaise, tomatoes and avocados and mix well. Serves 4.
