Chili Alive

1 cup adzuki bean sprouts
1 cup mushrooms
¼ avocado
¼ beet root
¼ onion
8 ripe olives
½ clove garlic
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp thyme leaves
¼ tsp fresh rosemary
2 Tb raw soy sauce

Shred mushrooms with medium disc in food processor. Mix in bowl with adzuki bean sprouts. Puree avocado, onion, pitted olives and beets in food processor using “S” blade. Add pressed garlic, chili powder, thyme, rosemary and raw soy sauce to puree and process thoroughly. Combine with above mixture in bowl and arrange on bed of greens. Serves 2.
