1 cauliflower
Shred carrots with medium shredding disk in food processor or grater. Dice bell peppers and mince parsley. Remove cauliflower florets from stalk. Blend florets with parsnip in food processor. Add avocado and tamari or soy sauce and process thoroughly. Remove from food processor and mix with other ingredients. Arrange on bed of greens. Serves 3. Sauce ½ cup pine nuts (soak for 8 hours, optional) 1 small red onion 1 Tb tamari or raw soy sauce 2 Tb lemon juice 1 avocado For sauce, blend ingredients in food processor or blender until creamy.
