Nut Drinks

Carob Nut Drink

3 cups water
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup almonds
2 Tb carob powder
8 dates
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla

Soak sesame seeds and almonds in water overnight. Blend thoroughly and strain through a cheese bag or strainer to produce seed milk. (Save pulp for use in cakes, cookies, dressings and smoothies.) Combine milk extract in blender with remaining ingredients and blend. Serves 2.
