Nut Drinks
3 cups water Soak sesame seeds and almonds in water overnight. Blend thoroughly and strain through a cheese bag or strainer to produce seed milk. (Save pulp for use in cakes, cookies, dressings and smoothies.) Combine milk extract in blender with remaining ingredients and blend. Serves 2. |
