   Nut Drinks

Almond Drink I

1 cup soaked almonds (soak at least 8 hours, then drain)
3 medjool dates or 4 deglet dates
3 cups water

Blend almonds, dates and water in a blender until well-blended. Strain through cheesecloth or in strainer. The almond drink can be used in a smoothie instead of water or consumed straight. The strained pulp can also be used in a smoothie to make it thicker.
