Nut Drinks
1 cup soaked almonds
(soak at least 8 hours, then drain) Blend almonds,
dates and water in a blender until well-blended. Strain through cheesecloth
or in strainer. The almond drink can be used in a smoothie instead of
water or consumed straight. The strained pulp can also be used in a smoothie
to make it thicker. |
